On this website, you will have access to our CC&Rs, Construction Guidelines, FAQ, and the Site Improvement Procedures, a step by step outline of procedures necessary to receive approval of your plans before the start of your project. It will also indicate some steps during the project that lead to final approval at completion. This website will also relate specific requirements to be followed with your project, be it new construction, a remodel, landscaping, or fences and walls. The board of directors of the Sunset Doheny Homes Association must approve your plans PRIOR to demolition, grading, or construction.
It is important to note that compliance with the CC& Rs supersedes permits and approved plans by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety.
